Having a mission plan is essential to the health of every Methodist church. A mission plan is simply a plan of action saying what the church will do in the next year or 18 months to reach their community with God's love.
These four training sessions will help you design a mission plan that serves your community and releases your church to keep in step with what the Spirit is doing in the work of the Kingdom.

Each session will last just 90 minutes, and will run over four weeks in September and October. They are designed to be as hands on and practical as possible.
