About this Event
This training day will be led by the regional learning network team and Penny Thatcher -- Lay Employment Advisor to the Southampton District.
Based on reviews gained from those who attended the Managing Lay Employees event in 2019, this event will aim to:
- Bring together line managers from around the region for sharing good practice, food, fellowship and networking,
- Offer specialist training in specific aspects of line management, including the employment cycle; recruitment, development and review,
- Create opportunities for creative thinking, problem solving, asking key questions and sharing good practice examples throughout the event, particularly within the 'Market Place' session.
