Personal Assistant to the Superintendent Minister (part-time) - Christchurch & Wimborne
We are looking for part-time Administrative Support for the Superintendent Minister
This is an interesting and varied appointment which offers opportunities for a good communicator and self-motivated person to use a variety of administrative skills to assist the Superintendent Minister in the efficient running of the Circuit
Main responsibilities will be:
• Acting as personal assistant and point of contact for Superintendent Minister
• Assisting the Superintendent with various administrative tasks
The successful applicant will mostly work independently from home, with occasional in-person meetings, so internet access and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Working hours: 10 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, to suit the applicant
Salary - £16.34 p.h. (£8, 496 per annum)

Circuit Administrator - Christchurch & Wimborne

• Preparation of Circuit Directory
• Inputting and Maintenance of a variety of Circuit related information
The successful applicant will mostly work independently from home, with occasional in-person meetings, so internet access and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Working hours: 15 hours weekly, Monday to Friday to suit the applicant
Salary - £16.34 p.h. (£12,745 per annum)

Circuit Administrator - Southampton circuit (P/T)
We are looking for someone to enable the smooth administrative running of the circuit as both an organisation and in support of its staff.
The successful applicant will mostly work independently from home, with some in-person meetings, so home internet access and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Salary: £14.56 per hour
Working hours: 20 hours per week
Closing Date: Friday 29th May at 12:00 noon
Interviews: Thursday 18th June
Appointment by: Tuesday 7th July or as soon as possible thereafter

Working at St James Road Methodist Church, Southampton
We are looking for a Christian with enthusiasm, passion and vision to work as part of our staff team in continuing to grow the life of the church.
Salary: £16.06 per hour, working 24 hours a week
Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2028
Closing Date: Friday 29th May at 12noon
Interviews: Tuesday 16th June
Starting Date: 13th July or as soon after as possible
The postholder will be employed by the Circuit but will work at St James Road Methodist Church (St James Road, Shirley, Southampton, SO15 5HE).
